Lowell Jewell

Lowell began sim racing in the mid 90′s but was most active from 2000 to 2003 when he founded BT Motorsports.

During these years BTM won 4 team championships and 8 individual titles including Lowell’s Bootleg Racing Series championship in 2002. The 4 team trophies came from the Flashpoint Racing Series ARCA Division (2000) and the Trucks Division (2000 and 2001). Plus the inaugural season of the Racer’s Edge Alliance of Leagues’ (REAL) Cross League Challenge (2000).

BTM drivers competed in a host of other leagues including the Fender Benders Racing League, OSCAR – Online Stock Car Auto Racing, Hawaii Grand National Series, and ORCA- Online Racing Championship Association.

Lowell has been a member of iRacing since being invited to join in 2008.

David Schaeffer

David has been sim racing since Nascar3 and Sports Car GT. He is also a former member of BT Motorsports where he raced in the Fender Benders Racing League and the Flashpoint Racing Series, among others.

He is a retired electronics technician (industrial and consumer goods) of 30 years and is “totally loving not working!” When not sim racing David enjoys reading Science Fiction, doing art work, some fishing, playing computer games and baking his own bread. “I am 67 years old but feel better than when I was 45!”

David has been a member of iRacing since being invited to join in 2008.
